We Are Enchanted!
Now that we have been in our new home for over six months, we wanted to write and tell you how enchanted we are with the house, the neighborhood, and the community you helped us to discover last January. What we remember most is how clearly you listened to what we were looking for - even though we had no clear idea of the kind of house we wanted. After seeing five or six listings, you brought us to "our house" almost by instinct and then showed us, without hard selling, how it would work for us. From the first, through mortgage brokers and escrow, everything fell into place beautifully. The practical necessity of selling our existing property also went so smoothly; we still can't believe how it all came together! After an open house, to have several offers over the asking price was more than we had hoped for. And we loved how you evaluated the various offers. The most important thing is, we are living in the house that is right for us, and we thank you again for your professional wisdom and the vision to understand our needs and wants.
